The dashboards displayed in this portfolio are based on reporting and analytics solutions I developed and maintained while working in operational healthcare education and workforce development environments. To protect organizational privacy, proprietary processes, and sensitive performance data, all identifying information has been removed, generalized, or anonymized.

 

Displayed metrics, class identifiers, program names, and select numerical values have been modified and randomized while preserving the original analytical relationships, trends, visualizations, and reporting methodologies. These examples are intended to demonstrate dashboard design, data visualization, KPI development, process improvement, and executive reporting capabilities without disclosing actual organizational data.

The dashboard images shown here are static representations of interactive Microsoft Power BI solutions. In their operational environment, these dashboards integrated and refreshed data from 10 to 12 distinct data sources, including Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, Microsoft Forms, and Excel-based reporting systems. Most of these sources consisted of custom data collection and workflow management solutions that I independently designed, built, and implemented to standardize information gathering, improve data quality, reduce manual reporting requirements, and support real-time performance monitoring across multiple programs and stakeholders.

All dashboard concepts, layouts, calculations, reporting structures, and visualization approaches reflect my original work and professional experience. As a self-taught Power BI developer and process improvement practitioner, I identified opportunities to modernize legacy reporting processes and was the first member of my organization to implement Microsoft Lists, Forms, and Power BI as integrated performance management and reporting platforms. Rather than relying on existing processes, I designed and developed the underlying data collection systems, reporting architecture, and executive dashboards that enabled near real-time visibility into organizational performance. While these examples demonstrate solutions developed in a specific environment, they also reflect my ability to learn new technologies independently, adapt to existing business processes, and build scalable analytics solutions tailored to an organization's unique needs.
